In this project, we focused on increasing the kitchen and dining room areas and adding storage to meet all the family need. After studying the cadastral map and rules of expansion in Bloemendaal, we have proposed three available options – Small (+34 m2), Medium (+45 m2) and Large (+48 m2). They all have huge storage space that connects the house with the garage and different variations to extend the combined kitchen and dining area.
